Position - Telecaller / Telemarketing Executive

Location - Noida

Experience- 0-3 yrs

Salary: ₹15000 + Incentives per conversion

Requirements:

* Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
* Experience in real estate Telecalling preferred (freshers can also apply)
* Basic computer knowledge (Excel/CRM)

Responsibilities:

* Call & follow up with leads generated from ads, portals & walk-ins
* Explain project details, features & offers to prospective buyers
* Fix appointments for site visits & update CRM
* Handle inbound/outbound calls and queries
* Build and maintain lasting relationships with Channel Partners through regular follow-ups and excellent customer service.
* Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets to contribute to the overall revenue goals.
* Strengthen 'Square Connect’ market position and brand visibility.
