Ashtech Presidential Towers is the flagship luxury residential project by Ashtech Group, located in Sector 12, Greater Noida West (Noida Extension). Spread across about 5.5 acres, the project has five towers of around 30 floors and 456 residences, offering spacious 3 BHK and 4 BHK apartments.
